BBC Global appoints Charlie Villar
BBC Global News has named Charlie Villar as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Villar is currently BBC's director of tax, treasury and corporate finance and will be responsible for the financial and operational leadership of the company in his new role.
Villar will be reporting to CEO Jim Egan and will be one of two directors of the company.
