Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT team including assigning tasks and providing guidance and mentor staff
- Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops and devices, servers and network infrastructure
- Manage data centres and backup systems for large media files and ensure high availability of systems used for content productions
- Develop and implement IT strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Oversee IT projects including planning, execution and delivery
- Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Plan and manage daily IT operations (systems, networks and infrastructure) and ensure timely resolution of user issues
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track usage and lifecycle of IT assets
- Keep reports on system performance, incidents and improvements.
- Stay updated with new technologies and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management
- 1-3 years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, servers, storage systems and cloud computing and cyber security
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects
