FutureAI exists to help people and organisations cross the awkward gap between “AI sounds important” and “I actually know how to use this in my job.” We specialise in making artificial intelligence practical, human, and genuinely useful — especially for people who don’t consider themselves “technical” and would prefer their software without a personality disorder.

Our work sits at the intersection of business, creativity, productivity, and emerging technology. We help teams stop fearing AI, stop ignoring it, and start using it in ways that save time, unlock creativity, and improve decision-making — without needing a single line of code or a PhD in computer science.

You’re not just a trainer. You’re a translator of the future.

If you can walk into a room of sceptical executives, nervous staff, or overwhelmed teams and leave them excited about AI, we should talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering The AI Power Experience at live, in-person events and online sessions
• Facilitating AI adoption training for corporates, helping teams move from fear to fluency
• Running engaging, human-centred training sessions across South Africa
• Using pre-developed curriculum and content — we provide the framework; you bring it to life
• Helping people go from “AI is going to replace me” to “AI just saved me three hours a day”

Remuneration

This is a freelance role, paid per course or training engagement.
Rates are negotiated based on session size, format, and scope.

The Non-Negotiables:

• At least 5 years’ experience training adults in short-course environments
  (Individuals, corporates, and large groups — online and in person)
• A formal training qualification (Teaching, Adult Education, or Train-the-Trainer equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience training software tools
  (Microsoft, design tools, productivity platforms)
• Fluent, hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
  (You use them confidently, explain them clearly, and can demonstrate real business use cases)
• A diehard passion for AI and emerging technology
• Exceptional charisma, presence, and crowd engagement skills
• Proven experience delivering onsite corporate training
• Some graphic design knowledge in CANVA and Powerpoint is essential as you'll be creating presentations
• A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• A genuine willingness to learn continuously — AI moves fast, and so do we

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with additional AI tools or AI-related qualifications
  (International AI training certification will be provided)
