Sufia Parkar joins Wunderman Thompson as director of inclusion equity and diversity for EMEA

Wunderman Thompson has appointed Sufia Parkar to the new role of EMEA inclusion and diversity director. She will work closely with the chief people officer EMEA as well as the global chief diversity, equality and inclusion officer, Ezinne Okoro.

Parkar previously worked as global associate director, diversity, equity, and inclusion for IPG's McCann Worldgroup.

To this role, Parkar brings experience in learning and development, employee engagement and organisational culture change, and she is dedicated to creating an environment where employees can enjoy their work.
