Job description
1. Strategic client and sales enablement- Partner with sales teams to provide insight-led strategic support for priority clients and revenue opportunities.
- Develop data-driven sales narratives, proposals, and presentations that strengthen the value proposition of Primedia Out of Home solutions.
- Apply audience, market, and category insights to identify client growth opportunities and strategic media solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales teams, clients, and agencies, positioning Primedia as a thought leader in Out of Home media.
- Facilitate collaboration across business units to ensure integrated and innovative client solutions.
2. Strategic insights and intelligence development
- Analyse and synthesise internal and external data sources (e.g., audience research, market trends, competitive intelligence, and client insights) to generate actionable strategic insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that inform sales strategies, client proposals, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify category, audience, and market trends that can inform product development and revenue opportunities.
- Develop insight-led narratives and frameworks that strengthen the strategic value of sales proposals and client engagements.
- Act as a cross-functional thought partner to sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring decisions are informed by relevant data and intelligence.
3. Product strategy and growth opportunity development
- Analyse market demand, audience insights, and client needs to identify product growth opportunities across the Primedia Out of Home portfolio.
- Develop strategic product packages and media solutions that align with client marketing objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Translate growth ideas into commercially viable propositions, including value propositions, target segments, and go-to-market considerations.
- Ensure product solutions remain aligned with broader media strategies, audience insights, and market trends.
- Provide strategic input to support product innovation and portfolio optimisation across the business.
4. Revenue growth enablement
- Support the sales team in converting strategic opportunities by contributing insight-led recommendations and high-impact proposal development.
- Collaborate with account managers on priority client opportunities and strategic pitches.
- Apply audience insights, market intelligence, and category knowledge to strengthen client value propositions and solution design.
- Contribute to improving sales effectiveness and proposal quality through strategic insight and data-driven storytelling.
- Assist in unlocking new revenue opportunities, category growth areas, and cross-product solutions
5. Leadership, collaboration and living the values
- Demonstrate and promote the organisation’s values in daily interactions, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and other business units to support business objectives.
- Contribute to building a culture of insight-led thinking and continuous learning within the organisation.
- Support knowledge sharing and contribute to strengthening the strategic capability of the broader team.
Requirements
• In depth knowledge of the Out-of-Home industry.• Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to extract insights, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision making.
• Strong capability to analyse and synthesise multiple data sources to generate actionable commercial insights.
• Understanding of programmatic media buying ecosystems, including audience targeting, dynamic triggers, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Ability to translate market intelligence, category trends, and competitive analysis into strategic growth opportunities and revenue-driving recommendation.
• Strong ability to translate complex analytics and insights into clear, persuasive narratives that support strategic decision-making and client engagement.
• Experience using digital tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency in reporting, insight generation, and strategic proposal development.
