Role overview
We are seeking a strategically minded Mid-Weight Strategist to support the Senior Strategist and work closely with digital performance marketing teams.
This role is responsible for translating campaign, brand, and audience data into clear, actionable insights, while also contributing to the development of reporting templates and strategic frameworks that enhance consistency and quality across the business.
The successful candidate will be required to interpret digital performance, market and consumer insights, and translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate outputs for senior stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and Brand Managers.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across strategy, media, creative, and digital teams. The incumbent should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve research, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and insights
- Support development of brand and campaign strategies
- Assist in brand positioning, differentiation, and messaging
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Analyse audience and consumer insights
- Contribute to customer journey mapping
2. Data and performance analysis
- Interpret digital performance data
- Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Support reporting and tracking
3. Reporting and data storytelling
- Develop reporting templates and frameworks
- Create client-ready reports
- Present insights clearly and concisely
- Ensure consistency and quality control
4. Collaboration and workflow
- Work with strategy, creative, media, and digital teams
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
5. Innovation and efficiency
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and insights
- Identify process improvements
- Stay updated on digital trends
