What are we looking for:

An exciting, full-time position is available at Orms as a Creative Sales Consultant. Our services include a wide range of professional printing services and custom picture framing. The creative sales consultant is responsible for assisting clients with various printing and framing requirements and providing professional advice and quality customer service care.

Summary of job description:

You will be working as part of a small sales team and will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills. The job consists of serving our retail and trade clients from consultation through to complete fulfilment of their framing and printing requirements. You will be required to advise on printing and framing for several types of media including fine art, photographic content and physical objects. As a consultant you will also be tasked to assist with file setup and will be required to manage your orders through production and delivery to the client. You will be required to work within a structured system and plans as set out and trained on. The successful applicant must be able to operate within a common system as a unified team member.

Qualifications and experience:

The successful candidate will gain excellent technical knowledge across all aspects of the printing and framing process, including the editing and setup of print files and all the way through to the mounting and display of art works and all aspects of conservation level frame making.

A passion for all forms of art and a keen eye for detail is a must. Applicants must be computer literate and require working knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign and the Microsoft Office suite as well as proficiency with all social media in a work environment.
