JWT Cape Town ad shortlisted for two Cannes categories
Local advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson Cape Town's award-winning ad for Viglietti Motors, was shortlisted this year in two categories at the prestigious Cannes Lions 51st International Advertising Festival. The Cannes accolades in the Print and Poster categories follow an Eagle Print Award win for the same ad in South Africa late last year. Viglietti unashamedly markets cars to a select group of highly media literate and wealthy buyers who embrace the statement a Ferrari or Maserati makes. The advertisement was created by copywriter Jacques Shalom, Art Director Carl Willoughby and Creative Director Wendy Moorcroft.
