Honeyguide is looking for a certified Paid Social performance marketer to own our paid social engine, from first click to signed policy.You won’t “boost posts.”

You’ll build revenue.The RoleYou are the commercial driver behind our lead generation and web conversion strategy across:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• TikTok

• Pinterest

• Emerging social platforms

• This is a technical, performance-first role with real budgets, real targets, and real accountability.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

Campaign Strategy and Execution

• Full platform ownership across Meta, TikTok & Pinterest

• Build and optimise lower-funnel campaigns (Lead Gen & Web Conversions)

• Translate business targets into clear, ROI-driven media plans

• Allocate budget strategically to maximise ROAS

Technical Setup and data Integrity

• Own Pixel & Tag architecture (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)

• Implement and manage Conversions API (CAPI)

• Build advanced audience stacks:

• Lookalikes

• CRM Custom Audiences

• Behavioural retargeting buckets

• Ensure every Rand is tracked. Accounted for. Optimised.

Budget and Stakeholder Management

• Control daily burn rate and monthly spend pacing

• Provide daily performance feedback loops (CPL, CPA, lead quality)

• Report on business metrics, not vanity metrics

• Analyse Quote-to-Sale ratios and optimise for profitability

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Education

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related commercial field.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing (Agency or client-side experience acceptable, with meaningful budget exposure)

Mandatory Certifications

• You must hold current (or demonstrable) certification in:

• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional OR Meta Certified Media Planning Professional

• TikTok Media Buying Professional Certification

• Pinterest Media Buyer Certification

• Google Analytics (GA4) Certification – Including exploration reports, attribution modelling & event tracking

Technical Capability

• Advanced event setup (Standard, Custom & Offline Conversions)

• Strong understanding of tracking architecture

• GTM container management (advantageous)

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, raw data analysis)
