Role description
The account manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client projects, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and within budget. Data analysis and producing reports are a key part of this position.
Requirements:
- Maintain client relationships
- High-level query resolution
- Data analysis and reporting of campaign activity
- Communications: develop and execute the campaign communications
- Finance: Programme cost management
- Assist with production and distribution of campaign marketing and communication material
- Programme management: Plan, execute and coordinate multiple projects
- Work with team members to meet the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s
- Experience in managing client projects
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills is essential)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum of five years work experience
Preference will be given to people who can start immediately
