Advertising levy to be reviewed
Print Media SA, who earlier this year said that they intended to reduce the Marketing Industry Trust (MIT) levy, has agreed to maintain the status quo until June 2003 while a comprehensive review of the levy is finalised by the MFSA and other MIT members. The levy is used to fund the Advertising Standards Authority, the SA Advertising Research Foundation and the Freedom of Commercial Speech Trust.
