All are 250ml and made from pure fruit juice with no preservatives and colourants. Pure fruit juice provides kids with energy and much needed Vitamin C and Vitamin B6. Rather than table sugar, honey is used to sweeten some of the smoothies. Honey has a low glycaemic index, meaning it takes longer to absorb into the bloodstream resulting in a healthier digestion process.
Also new is the range of delicious and healthy burgers… Chicken or Vegetarian Burgers (R18.90 each) all prepared on a nutritious soy-linseed roll with low-fat, egg-free mayo and a delicious BBQ sauce. Linseed is rich in omega 3, vital for development of the brain and eyes.
