Business Analyst

Are you a sharp-thinking Business Analyst with a passion for frameworks, data-driven insights, and strategic business transformation? We're looking for a skilled BA to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity based in Rosebank, earning up to R70,000 per month.

 About the role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding, designing, and implementing business processes using proven frameworks and methodologies.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant degree (BCom, BSc, or related field)
• Proven experience as a business analyst in a dynamic business environment
• Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.), and tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

What you’ll do:

• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
• Document and present detailed business requirements
• Support project delivery through the full project lifecycle
