Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detailed-oriented Tender Administrator to manage and coordinate the full tendering process. The successful candidate will be responsible for prepare tender document, ensuring compliance and supporting business through successful bis submission.Key responsibility
- Review tender documents and summaries requirements for management.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents within deadlines.
- Compile administrative, technical and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all tender submission meet regulatory and client requirement.
- Maintain an updated database of tenders, submission and outcomes.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information.
- Track tender deadlines and submission timelines.
- Maintain company compliance documents ( tax clearance, BBBEEE certificate, company registration etc)
- Assist with post-tender follow ups and contract administration.
- Support proposal writing and company profile updates.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain management or related filed.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in tender administration or bid coordination.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
