Safomar Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our import, export, and supply chain operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Obtaining shipment estimates (import and export)
- Coordinating inspections, permits, and dangerous goods packaging
- Tracking inbound and outbound shipments
- Preparing logistics documentation and capturing invoices on Acumatica
- Ensuring Incoterms compliance and accurate landed cost reporting
- Liaising with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Logistics / supply chain experience
- Strong Incoterms knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- ERP and MS Office proficiency
- SA citizenship or permanent residency essential
