Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Actively seek out new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willing to travel
- Willing to relocate
