Who we are:
We are a boutique creative design and print studio based in Malmesbury. Our current team includes an art director and accounts manager and a junior designer and creative assistant – and now we’re ready to welcome a third creative mind to our world of ideas and creative work.
What we do:
Our work ranges from digital design to print for a diverse client base, including magazines, famous retail outlets, vitality drinks and agricultural companies, just to name a few.
Where we’re headed:
We’re growing into exciting new directions and would love you to be part of it! Our goals include:
- Expanding our laser cutting and developing unique market-ready products
- Growing our online store
- Offering social media content packages to clients
- Building a stronger signage and branding arm
- Creating more bespoke wedding stationery and signage
- Completing an illustrated children’s book, and all the merchandise (yet to be developed) that goes along with it
You’ll be the perfect fit if you:
- Bring positivity, honesty and a drama-free energy to the team
- Love a little DIY home project from time to time
- Are reliable, love clear communication, and respect deadlines (while going the extra mile when needed)
- Have a sharp eye for detail and pixel-perfect precision
- Are passionate about branding, packaging and fresh creative ideas
- Can laugh easily, appreciate a touch of dark humour, make the coffee run
The non-negotiables:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Based near Malmesbury
- Open to a hybrid setup of in-studio and remote working (days and hours negotiable)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Wix and/or WordPress
- Skills in social media management or photography
- Basic Canva familiarity (but Adobe is your first love)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, YouCut, or similar)
