What will you do

• Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of accounts and suppliers
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
• Support strategic planning and drive commercial outcomes in collaboration with the leadership team
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of account managers and executives
• Stay ahead of market trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions
• Drive media sales through proactive pipeline development and lead conversion
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and the delivery of sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance analysis

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in sales and account management, ideally in media, retail, or marketing environments
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing a sales pipeline
• Solid understanding of media planning and campaign performance metrics
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building lasting client relationships
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
