• Customer relationship management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and following up with leads. 
• Sales data tracking: Tracking sales performance and forecasting future sales. 
• Product knowledge: Staying informed about product updates and industry trends. 

Marketing assistant responsibilities:

• Content creation: Assisting in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content. 
• Social media management: Managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. 
• Event support: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events. 
• Marketing research: Conducting market research to understand target audiences and industry trends. 
• Administrative tasks: Organizing digital files, compiling reports, and scheduling meetings. 

Combined responsibilities:

• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with both sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency. 
• Business development support: Assisting with business development projects and initiatives. 
• Data analysis: Analyzing marketing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
