Senior Marketing Manager

Job description

We are an advertising agency, specialising in the marketing of shopping centres, seeking a well-rounded Senior Marketing Manager.

The person will represent the agency on-site at a shopping centre in Lenasia, Johannesburg, and will also conduct periodic visits to a second shopping centre located in Centurion, Pretoria. The person will be responsible for the execution of above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns for an upmarket shopping mall. They must also grow tenant relationships and build a trust relationship with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing qualification (degree or diploma preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (3+ in a retail/shopping centre environment)
• Confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders — from clients to suppliers to tenants.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail trends
• Strategic Marketing implementation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Attention to detail.
• Creative flair
• Excellent communicator
• Strong team player
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
