Everlytic, a leader in bulk email and messaging, is on the hunt for a passionate senior multi-media graphic designer to join our dynamic Marketing team!
Working hand in hand with our marketing manager and copywriters, you'll be the lead for all things design; including conceptualising innovative marketing campaigns, designing fresh eye-catching digital and social media ads, and producing captivating videos. You’ll also create killer presentations, training materials and any other required branding and marketing collateral.
You should have an interest in and awareness of emerging trends in technology, advertising, and culture to inspire groundbreaking, innovative, and culturally relevant creative ideas. Experience in the use of AI applications to enhance design and video creativity and productivity will be beneficial.

Who you areEducation and experience - You hold a Diploma/Degree in Multi-Media Design or a similar field. You also have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience working as a multi-media designer in a similar role – corporate or B2B experience will be an advantage.
A creative all-rounder - You have design experience in website, blogs and articles, display and social media ads, newsletters, sales and marketing brand collateral, digital and print banners, eBooks, and Infographics. You have a strong portfolio showcasing designs in various traditional and digital elements.
A planner and problem-solver - You are adept in organisational skills and project management and will ensure seamless execution from conception to completion. Your proactive approach and problem-solving attitude will help drive our success.
What you will do- Strategic thinking: You can continuously invent fresh new ideas for campaigns that matches our business goals and drives results.
- Digital advertising design: You are a creative thinker with excellent visual design skills to conceptualise, design and create animated digital display banners and social media ads according to the correct specifications. You have a keen eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail.
- Storyboarding for video ads and company sales or tutorial videos and animation.
- Multimedia creation: Working with a range of media, including photography and motion graphics to create video content for our digital platforms. This includes maintaining or updating “how-to” tutorial videos of the Everlytic product.
- Web and intranet design: Conceptualise, design, and maintain the company website and resource intranet sites with graphics and assets.
- Presentation design: Create, update and animate sales presentations.
- Collateral design: Create and design company product brochures, documentation, and any other company collateral. This includes print and event stand assets according to the correct specifications and size.
- Email design: Design and build emails in our Everlytic product for different audiences.
- HTML experience: Knowledge of basic HTML required for updates in our Solid programme.
- Collaboration and creative consulting: Collaborate and oversee briefs and design assets from outsourced suppliers. Advise and collaborate with other teams within the company.

- WordPress Website - Intermediate
- Responsive design and cross-browser/email client compatibility – Advanced
- HTML Knowledge - Basic
- Adobe After Effects – Advanced
- Intermediate Video editing in Premier Pro or similar application – Essential
- Photography skills – Desirable but not essential
This is a hybrid position with selected days at our Johannesburg office.
