Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our clients’ business goals and our technical teams. If you are passionate about turning business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions, this role is for you.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
• Salesforce administrator and Salesforce business analyst certifications
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and functionalities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality
• Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
