Expediting Administrator

Our client, a market leader in the supply of specialised equipment and radioactive materials, is seeking an experienced Expediting Administrator to join their team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring on-time delivery, seamless coordination, and regulatory compliance across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and expediting orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  

• Coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve potential delays.
  

• Managing accurate and complete documentation for dispatch, shipping, and invoicing.
  

• Maintaining clear communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  

• Supporting sales, customer service, and quality teams to meet client requirements.
  

• Driving continuous improvements in expediting processes.
  

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential; diploma or degree in logistics/business administration advantageous.
  

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar expediting/logistics role.
  

• Must have experience in dealing with import/export documents

• SAP One experience (non-negotiable).
  

• Advanced MS Excel and strong MS Office proficiency.
  

• Solid knowledge of logistics processes (imports/exports).
  

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  

• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
