Social Media and E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for a creative, self-driven social media and E-commerce coordinator to join our fast-growing skincare brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily content creation, social media management, and website maintenance. This role requires someone who understands digital trends, can tell compelling visual stories, and has experience managing E-commerce platforms (especially WordPress/WooCommerce). The candidate will work closely with our founder and marketing team to drive brand awareness and online sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, film, edit, and post daily social media content (Instagram Reels, stories, posts, etc.)
  

• Plan and manage content calendars and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  

• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
  

• Manage and update WordPress/WooCommerce online store:
  

  • Add/remove products
    

  • Update pricing and stock
    

  • Upload new banners and imagery
    

  • Ensure product info is accurate and SEO-friendly
    

• Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches
  

• Track basic analytics to monitor performance
  

• Occasionally travel to shoot content or attend brand events
  

Must-have skills:

• Proven experience in social media content creation (filming, editing, posting)
  

• Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
  

• Strong understanding of social platforms and content trends
  

• Eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and attention to detail
  

• Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe suite)
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools
  

Bonus (nice-to-have):

• Skincare or beauty industry knowledge
  

• Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite)
  

• Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce analytics
  

• Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
