Requirements

• Proven product ownership: At least three years of experience in a product owner or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering innovative products to market
• Entrepreneurial spirit: A strategic thinker with initiative, drive, and the ability to take new product ideas from concept to launch
• Innovative thinker: Ability to consistently seek out opportunities to improve and differentiate products
• Agile methodologies: Practical experience using Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) with deep knowledge of product development cycles
• Excellent communication: Skilled in articulating product visions, motivating teams, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Background in startups or high-growth environments is highly desirable
• Product owner certification (e.g. from scrum.org) is highly desirable
• MBA or a similar advanced business qualification is a plus
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with Figma for building wireframes is an advantage
• An expert in Jira and Confluence is essential
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, particularly within continuous integration and delivery environments
• Ability to interpret complex technical systems and architectures at a high level
• Customer-focused: Empathetic to user needs and capable of converting insights into product improvements
• Technical aptitude: Familiarity with software development tools and processes. Experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus
