Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is organised, proactive, and commercially minded. This role supports the sales and growth function by ensuring leads are tracked, proposals are prepared accurately, and follow-ups are executed consistently.

This is a support role with direct exposure to sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue growth, suited to someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development, or account growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline management
  

• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  

• Manage follow-ups, meeting confirmations, and client communications
  

• Conduct basic research on prospects and industries
  

• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  

• Ensure sales processes are followed and deadlines are met
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role
  

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  

• Clear written and verbal communication
  

• Comfortable working with targets, data, and reporting
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  

• Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to agency, media, or professional services sales
  

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising services
