Position: Sales Consultants (Motor Insurance🚗)
Location: George, Garden Route, South Africa
Company: Pacific International Insurance
Working Hours: Aligned to Australian business hours (“night shifts” apply 🌙) Monday – Friday
Language Requirement: Excellent English skills a must! 🗣?

• Engage with customers across Australia to promote and sell motor insurance products.
• Provide expert advice tailored to individual customer needs.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and product knowledge.

Requirements

🎯What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• A vibrant, engaging personality with a passion for helping people.
• Similar work experience in a sales or customer service role (call centre / insurance industry a plus!).
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Comfortable and available to work “night shifts” (e.g., 00:00 – 08:00 AM, or 03:00 – 11:00 AM).
• Target-driven with a resilient, can-do attitude.
