Your Mission Deliver a seamless, high-value insurance experience by:

• Building trust and long-term partnerships across all dealership levels.

• Mapping dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.

• Pitching tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealer’s business model.

• Collaborating across field sales, telesales, ops, and product teams to drive aligned execution.

• Keeping pipelines, CRM, and dealer profiles up to date while spotting risks and opportunities early.

• A commercially savvy professional with motor trade experience (preferred).

What you will need

• Own reliable vehicle

• Able to travel extensively in the Gauteng region and from time to time to the Western Cape and KZN regions

• Have a proven track record of proactively chasing down targets.

• Ability to manage and plan territories to effectively, to ensure regular check-ins with partners.
