Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, or relevant qualification.
3 – 4 years of experience in a relevant generalist role.
Willingness to travel.
Sage 300.
Understanding of respective labour laws, relevant to our business operations.
Understanding of CCMA procedures relevant to Conciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR/ payroll reports:
- Distribution of new appointments and terminations to allow deductions.
- Administer dashboard report and drawing of employee profile for all companies off the payroll system.
- Ensure month-end capturing is complete.
- Work closely with the HR Manager in providing guidance to HODs, specifically the Operations Department, with regards to fair and just disciplinary action as per our Code of Conduct and HR policies.
- Preparing relevant CCMA paperwork and attending to Conciliation matters.
- Assist in managing the HR team in the absence of the HR Manager.
- On request, visit our stores to assist the HR Manager with regards to legislative compliance, resolving potential grievances, adherence to HR policies and procedures, etc.
- Manage Recruitment and Selection process.
