Job description

We are seeking qualified Healthcare Providers to assist with the implementation and rollout of a newly developed Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system at healthcare facilities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a relevant Health Science qualification.
  

• Be registered with a recognised professional body in South Africa, such as:
  

  • Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
    

  • South African Nursing Council (SANC)
    

  • South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
    

Applicants must submit:

• A copy of their professional registration certificate or membership card.
  

• The documentation must clearly indicate:
  

  • Name of the regulatory or professional body
    

  • Date of issue of the certificate or registration
    

  • Expiry date, if applicable.
    

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the implementation and rollout of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system within healthcare facilities.
  

• Providing clinical support and guidance to healthcare staff during the implementation process.
  

• Assisting facility staff with understanding the clinical workflow within the EMR system.
  

• Supporting end users during system adoption and training sessions.
  

Preferred Applicants

• Registered Nurses or Professional Nurses (Sisters) will be given preference due to operational requirements and cost considerations.
