This role works directly with Yusuf Omar on his personal channels.

You decide what stories we tell, and how we tell them.

You are someone with hot takes for days. On Gaza. On Venezuela. On propaganda. On media hypocrisy. On empire, power, and who controls the narrative. You are not neutral. You are sharp, informed, and unafraid. But everything you say is backed by verified facts and stats. We can’t afford to get it wrong.

Seen TV is a decolonial media company telling the stories mainstream media ignores. Yusuf’s channels are where the explainers live. It’s raw, mobile-first, internet-native storytelling. No corporate polish.

We’re looking for a Producer to run point on research, ideation, and execution for Yusuf Omar’s channels.


What you’ll do

• Research stories, timelines, and angles daily. Especially around Gaza, Venezuela, and other global power dynamics.
• Develop sharp, viral ideas with Yusuf. Hooks, structures, and frames that cut through noise.
• Oversee edits end to end. You know when something hits and when it’s meh.
• Turn hot takes into tight, executable briefs for editors.
• Hire and manage a small team of editors, researchers, and contributors as the channels scale.
• Keep output fast without sacrificing accuracy. Ever.

What you should be good at

• You live online and understand how narratives spread.
• You have strong political instincts and are deeply informed on Western imperialism
• You can research fast and verify under pressure.
• You have produced a video that got 1M organic views or more within the last 3 months.
• You are smart, kind, creative, and not fragile.
