Job description
Assist Creditors Department- Reconcile bills & Supplier Statements
- Confirm billing to Clients
- Liaise with Suppliers & Sales Department
- Present bills for payment timeously.
Assist Debtors Department
- Month end process
- Reconiliation of Client Service Contracts
- Liaise with Clients and update on prices.
Sales Department
- Assist wih price list updates
- Liaise on various issues
- Assist with creating and updating of Tickets (Auto Task knowledge not imperative).
- Liaise with Workshop & Technical regarding Contract units & billing.
Requirements
- Superior level in Excel
- Computer Literate
- Good with figures
- Ability to take instruction, get along with with people and work well within a team.
- Excellent command of the English Language and an ability to communicate confidently with Clients via Email or telephonically.
- Reliable & hardworking
