Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential patients, comprehensively understand their medical needs, assist in gathering necessary documentation for quotes, coordinate with a network of doctors for pricing, and guide patients through the decision-making process, ultimately leading to the successful closure of sales.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential patients.
Understand and empathise with the patients' health challenges and requirements.
Assist patients in compiling the required documentation to facilitate accurate medical quotations.
Liaise with an international network of dentists and medical professionals to obtain competitive quotes.
Review and discuss medical procedure quotes with patients, helping them make informed decisions.
Diligently update and maintain records in the company CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of patient interactions and sales progress.
Work closely with the sales support team.
Report directly to the co-founder ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and standards.
Working times:
You will be working for a USA-based company so you will be working in the EST time zone.
The role is eight hours a day.
Required:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
Experience in sales, particularly in healthcare or related fields, is highly advantageous.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong ethical foundation with a commitment to providing honest, transparent, and compassionate service to patients.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably with direct experience using internal CRMs.
Self-motivated and driven, with a keen interest in contributing to the healthcare sector by facilitating access to affordable medical care.
