Job description
The Production Manager will oversee the planning, co-ordination and execution of shopfitting and exhibition projects from concept to completion. This includes managing the workshop operations, production schedules, supplier relationships and on-site installations to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role demands strong technical knowledge of joinery, materials, and finishes, along with excellent organisational, problem-solving
and leadership skills.
Responsibility
- Oversee production and project management from design to installation.
- Manage workflow operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Control budgets, procurement and supplier co-ordination.
- Lead and mentor the production and site teams.
- Maintain quality, safety and operational excellence across all projects.
