• Overall planning of events/conferences/exhibitions - including conceptualization, planning, budgeting, implementation and execution.
• Leading a team on site from both project management and hospitality perspectives
• Creating mood boards with various look and feel’s
• General office administration
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues in other divisions
• Generate quotes and invoicing for clients

Ideal Candidates should have these requirements:

• Post-matric/tertiary qualification
• Design suitable mood boards
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word etc.
• Willing to work outside of standard working hour
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Great organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management
• Valid code eight driver’s licence
• 'Can do' attitude
• Hospitality Background
