Project Manager - Luxury Furniture and Interiors

Please note that only candidates currently residing in Cape Town, South Africa, will be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and recommend the best products and accessories
• Oversee project production, including costing, quoting, orders, and spec sheet
• Ensure quality control of manufactured items and on-time delivery
• Keep clients and the sales team updated on project status
• Manage supplier relationships and source alternative options when needed
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections at factories and installation locations
• Assist with product development, drawings, and production tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring smooth project execution

Key responsibilities:

Essential skills and criteria

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Fusion, plus Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of production processes and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication skills
• A valid drivers licence and reliable transport

Advantageous criteria

• An Interior Design qualification
• Experience in design, sales, or project management
