• Digital experience designer (creative technology)
• Cape Town / in office daily 
• A problem-solver first, creative second
• Strong thinking in UX / journeys / interaction, not just design
• Someone who understands how ideas actually work in the real world
• Comfortable explaining ideas to clients, designers and developers
• You’re not here to make ads.
• You’re here to build ideas people can interact with.

We’re looking for someone who sits between creative, UX and tech - someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into something engaging, trackable and built to perform.

What you’ll do

1. Turn briefs into interactive digital experiences
2. Conceptualise ideas across web, mobile, QR, gamification and emerging tech
3. Design user journeys that drive engagement and data capture
4. Work closely with developers to bring ideas to life
5. Think beyond visuals: mechanics, flows and system
6. Contribute to pitches, prototypes and live campaigns

You’ll likely have experience as:

An experience designer / creative technologist / interactive creative / UX designer (with campaign work)

Tools and exposure

1. Figma / Adobe Suite
2. Basic understanding of web + mobile flows
3. Bonus: gamification, QR journeys, AR, AI tools
