Refined Naturals is expanding. We are looking for a high-energy Graphic Designer & Content Creator to help us redefine the aesthetic of premium skincare. The Role

This is a hands-on, on-site position (Boksburg) for someone who enjoys the "maker" side of beauty—tinkering with products, playing with light angles, and building strategic content. You will be the visual heartbeat of Refined Naturals, responsible for everything from high-end packaging design to digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Create sharp, high-conversion assets for our Shopify storefront, marketing campaigns, and print media.
• Packaging and Labels: Technical design for product labels and packaging, ensuring brand consistency across different materials and textures.
• Content Creation: Shoot, and edit bold video/photo content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that aligns with our raw, authentic aesthetic.
• Email Marketing: Design and deploy high-performance email flows and newsletters.
• Growth and Trends: Stay ahead of social trends, manage community engagement, and track performance data to optimize reach.
• Brand Support: Maintain our digital media bank and ensure all brand touchpoints are "Refined."
• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with and manage creators to generate UGC & third-party Content
• Photoshoots and Product Launch Campaigns

Technical Toolkit (Required Proficiency)

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in the following platforms:

• Design Suite: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or CorelDRAW for label production.
• E-commerce: Hands-on experience with Shopify (updating banners, product images, and basic theme aesthetics).
• Metaverse and Social: Professional management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including Ads Manager and Creator Studio).
• Email Marketing: Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar mailing services) for template design and automation.
• Video Creation: Experience in Video Editing Software such as CapCut

What We’re Looking For

• Design Fluency: An eye for minimalism and premium textures. You should understand how to translate a physical product into a digital experience.
• Operational Mindset: Highly organized and proactive. You don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
• Digital Savvy: Prior experience in the e-commerce or beauty space is highly required.
