Court denies journalist's right to appeal

The Mail & Guardian Online reported end of last week that the Cape Town High Court has denied the right of journalist Gasant Abarder of the Daily Voice to appeal against an order to testify in the civil defamation case brought by chicken processing plant County Fair against Associated Trade Union of South Africa representative Grant Twigg.
