Women's Health launches Inside The WH Kitchen cookbook

Women's Health launched the first cookbook from its health food editor Amy Hopkins.

The cookbook, which was launched on 5 November 2018, features 49 recipes and is a collection of Hopkins' favourite healthy recipes that she created for Women's Health over the past few years.

Inside The WH Kitchen will be on sale at retail stores nationwide.
