We have successfully entrenched ourselves in the permanent and creative recruitment industry, but realize that not all talented professionals are permanent work seekers. We have thus launched The Career Guru Drive Thro.
Drive Thro is a register designed to cater for freelancers in the creative fields - marketing, advertising, event management, public relations and sales. The Drive Thro register will enable freelancers to be marketed to our client base and thus assist with project and contract work.
Drive Thro was developed out of the increasing demand from freelancers to be assisted by The Career Guru in finding project or contract work. Our offering to client is access to a register of suitable and available freelancers in their line or work and for freelancers the opportunity to spread their net.
The concept works simply and all initial correspondence is conducted via email. Freelancers submit their CV to Drive Thro. They are forwarded the relevant correspondence to complete which enables Drive Thro to develop a profile on the freelancer. They are then contacted for an interview. Once all the relevant information is obtained, the freelancer can be marketed to The Career Guru's client base. As need arises, Drive Thro is able to forward the most relevant freelancer's details to the client requiring assistance. In effect, the concept is similar to that of a drive thro take away - arrive at the window, place an order and receive.
Initially, Drive Thro will be launched in the event management industry. Thus, if you are a freelance event coordinator or event manager with a proven track record and share our commitment to quality and excellent service, you are invited to submit your details to Drive Thro.
Freelancers are invited to contact The Career Guru via e-mail whereby they will be sent the necessary registration information. Please note all initial correspondence will be conducted electronically.
It should also be noted that while The Career Guru can offer you a great variety of work, there is no guarantee for projects or freelance work.
