Junior Interior Drafter

A leading architectural and construction firm is seeking a Junior Interior Drafter to support their design team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with a B.Tech in Interior Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. The role is hands-on, offering the opportunity to be involved in various stages of the design and implementation process within a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of interior architectural designs and plans.
• Work closely with senior team members to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare detailed plans and technical documentation using drafting software.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and finishes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Assist with quality control throughout the design and implementation phases.

 
Key Requirements
Qualification: B.Tech in Interior Architecture.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior drafting or a related field.

Software Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ArchiCad (preferred)
• Photoshop
• Lumion (Bonus)

Other Skills:

• Solid technical drafting skills with a clear understanding of interior design detailing.
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
