We’re searching for a Client Implementation and Service Manager who’s part project maestro, part relationship guru, part problem-solving ninja, and full-time client champion. You’ll be the friendly face new clients trust - and the steady hand that keeps everything running like a dream.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Services Organisation (CIB)
- Solid Project Management background (3–5 years)
- Hands-on experience in Transactional Banking, plus knowledge across Cash, Trade, Investor Services & Card
- Client engagement experience across multiple African markets (SBSA presence)
- Comfortable working across global locations
- Confidence to engage with senior/executive management (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Financial Managers)
- Deep understanding of account opening, onboarding, FICA/KYC across African regions
- Ability to take full ownership of implementations - driving “mandate to money”
- Knowledge of TPS channels, SWIFT, electronic channel integrations and onboarding
- Solid operations and systems exposure
Location & Offer:
This is a Perm role (Ref: GZ60912) based in Johannesburg, offering R1.3m PA, negotiable based on experience.
