La Colombe promotes James Gaag to executive chef

La Colombe has promoted James Gaag, who is now its executive chef and formerly its head chef.

Gaag will be working daily with the chefs from La Colombe, Foxcroft. and La Petite Colombe. He has spent the last four years at La Colombe.

Jess van Dyk will fill in as La Colombe's head chef.
