Southern Sun Hotel Group appoints chef Kieran Conway
The Southern Sun Hotel Group has appointed Kieran Conway as the executive chef of Punchinello's; the restaurant based at the Southern Sun Montecasino Hotel.
Conway has also been appointed as the group development chef for the group's offshore properties.
He gained his extensive experience in a wide range of hotels and restaurants, including Gold Reef City, De Waal Hotel in Cape Town, and Pretoria and Sandton Crowne Plazas.
