Race of Champions back in August
The Race of Champions, a two-day handicap air race will take place at the Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi Airport in KwaZulu-Natal from 9-11 August 2013. The 2011 Race of Champions winner, Rudi Marx from Gauteng, has booked his place in the upcoming air race event to defend his title.
Pilots may only use provided maps, no GPS or any other modern technology is allowed, making it an intensely contested air event. For more information, go to http://airrace.co.za.
