KFC introduces its Finger-Lickin' Good Promise backed by the 'love it or swap it' guarantee

KFC South Africa has made a commitment to Finger Lickin' Good with its bold taste guarantee promise and they are prepared to spend. When a customer's meal is not 100% Finger Lickin' Good, KFC will replace it. Customers just have to tell the teller that they were dissatisfied and the meal will be replaced.
