E-commerce Operations Learner

Job description

Requirements:

• A  Degree/National Diploma/Higher Certificate/NQF Level 5 in E-commerce, Online Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field

• South African citizen based in Johannesburg

• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Google Workspace

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (advantageous)

• Interest in online retail operations and understanding of the commercial importance of e-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations

• Provide customer service support and assist with order tracking and follow-ups

• Learn and support foundational e-commerce processes, transitioning into more advanced responsibilities over time

• Support digital merchandising activities, including new product listings, listing enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

• Use e-store check tools and take action on identified improvement areas

• Collaborate with the online team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Contribute to the growth, efficiency, and overall performance of both e-commerce platforms
