SNP launches SA subsidiary to develop growth

SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG (SNP AG), a software and consulting company specialising in business applications transformations, has founded one of its first distribution companies outside of Europe in South Africa, with a view to expanding its international marketing activities.

The South African company, SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner ZA (Pty) Limited (SNP ZA), is based in Fourways, Johannesburg. In his role as MD of the company, Geoff Earnshaw is responsible for developing the company's presence and growth strategy. "As an SNP subsidiary we will actively seek opportunities to assist customers in evaluating and transforming their business applications landscapes in line with their current and future requirements," says Earnshaw.

A strategy to boost sales worldwide

The foundation of the 100% subsidiaries represents an important step in SNP's planned strategy of growth and internationalisation for the worldwide sale of its own-developed standard software for Business Landscape Transformations (BLT), SNP Transformation Backbone (SNP T-Bone).

"We are pleased that we were able to complete the establishment of our subsidiary in South Africa quickly and smoothly," says Dr Andreas Schneider-Neureither, CEO of SNP AG. "We have Geoff on board, a highly skilled manager who has many years of experience in the international IT sector, knows his respective country intimately and has a wide network of contacts.

"This year the introduction of SNP T-Bone to new markets is at the forefront of our activities. In addition to the development of existing relationships with our customers and partners, one of our main aims is to demonstrate the possibilities and high performance of our solutions to new customers," concludes Schneider-Neureither.
