Adventure Boot Camp has introduced a flexi option that allows members to swop between class times and venues anywhere in the country. Therefore if the women are not be able to complete their 12 or 20 sessions within the allocated four week period at one particular location, they may exchange those days or time slots with a venue/time that is more suitable for them.
Adventure Boot Camp is a fun and invigorating outdoor exercise programme for women and is supported by Garmin Fitness, Women's Health, Skin & Body Renewal, Bestmed and Go!Woman.
